Here’s how it works:
We’ll start with a free phone or video call to get clear on what you want to shift, improve, or grow in your life. This is your space to share what’s been on your heart and where you feel stuck.
I offer different coaching packages that vary in level of support and intensity. During our call, we’ll choose the option that fits you best based on your goals, the level of accountability you want, and the depth of support you need.
Together, we’ll set clear goals and realistic timelines, and I will be right by your side every step of the way. With my guidance and your commitment, we’ll figure it out step by step and move you toward where you truly want to be.
After our first call, we’ll set up weekly 45 minute sessions, either online or in person - whichever works best for you.
You will also receive regular check-ins via text or email (your choice) for accountability, motivation, and support between sessions.
This journey is fully personalized to you - your goals, your energy, your pace.
